America's veal farmers are proud of the wholesome, heart healthy veal products that they produce for consumers. Our website provides information on veal production practices, industry facts, a tour of a modern veal barn and educational materials.

Our veal quality assurance (VQA) committee, funded in part through the National Beef Checkoff, works to ensure superior standards of animal husbandry through our own certification program. In addition, the veal issues management (VIM) committee collaborates with experts to educate consumers about the individual care veal calves receive on small family farms.
